The Casa de Nariño (Nariño House), known also as the Palacio de Nariño, is the official residence of the President of Colombia and the seat of the country’s government. However, few people were aware that the palace offered free guided tours of certain parts of the Residence which are open to the public. Visitors were able to take tours through halls, receiving rooms and other spaces and had the chance to study some of the palace’s most important works of art, all of which plays a part in the history and cultural heritage of Colombia.
Based on this insight, we created a special webpage which took visitors on a virtual tour of the Residence and provided a platform for booking guided tours.

For the first time, the Casa de Nariño had its own dedicated virtual space to showcase its history – a history the world deserved to know. To achieve this, we designed a broad digital strategy based on multiplatform content which involved all the government social networks and a special visit with 10 influencers. On Twitter alone, the hashtag #PasePorLaCasa generated more than 10 million impressions on the day of its activation.
