Seat Ibiza Launch
Responsibilities:
- Creative concept. Coordination and general production of the event and of suppliers
Objectives:
- Present to new SEAT Ibiza as an innovative model in design, technology and safety
Solution:
- The event consisted of a programme of two days for each group
- 1st day: meeting at the Congress Palace in Ibiza, where a short film, specially made for the occasion, was played, sight of the car embellished with items of video-art, gala dinner and chill-out party in a pine forest with sea views and performance by the group Marlango
- 2nd day: test drive of the new SEAT Ibiza. Lunch at a beach restaurant with a “summer festival” and DJ’s from Café del Mar, playing the best chill-out music
- During the event the SEAT GO and Volkswagen Awards were celebrated
Attendees:
- Directors of SEAT European dealers and car rental fleets, SEAT Club customers, top executives from Volkswagen and SEAT
- Groups of approximately 350 people arrived on the island each day. Total attendance over the 11 days was 3800 people
